Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 avocado (peeled & seeded)
  • 5.3 oz dairy free soy blueberry yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instruction

  • Add the blueberries, avocado and soy blueberry yogurt to a blender.
  • Add the turmeric and cinnamon, freshly grate the ginger into the blender.
  • Add the honey, flaxseed, soy milk and ice to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
