Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 1/4 cup cooking sherry
  • 19 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Add the olive oil to a large saute pan over medium heat
  • Once it’s warm, add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the broccoli is slightly tender
  • Add the garlic and salt to the broccoli and cook another 2-3 minutes
  • Remove the broccoli from the pan
  • Melt the butter in the pan and pour in the cooking sherry
  • Add the tortellini and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Return the broccoli to the pan and stir
  • Season with the pepper
  • Serve immediately garnished with parmesan cheese
