Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard ((a grainy one) )
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 5 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Butter ((melted) )
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instruction

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken breasts, season with the salt and pepper. Brown each side of the chicken breasts for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Then in a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, dijon mustard, honey and butter.
  • Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken in the pan. Then add the water to the pan.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal chicken of 165 degrees F.
  • Uncover and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Serve the chicken with the ser
