Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard ((a grainy one) )
- 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 5 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Tbsp Butter ((melted) )
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instruction
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken breasts, season with the salt and pepper. Brown each side of the chicken breasts for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Then in a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, dijon mustard, honey and butter.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken in the pan. Then add the water to the pan.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal chicken of 165 degrees F.
- Uncover and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Serve the chicken with the ser
