Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 1 Cup Sliced Red Grapes (you can use black)
  • 1 Cup Sliced Leeks
  • 1 TB Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 Cup 100% Grape Juice (you can also use cranberry)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  • In a seasoned 10-12 inch cast iron skillet, add all ingredients except the juice. Mix and toss with your hands to coat everything together.
  • Spread the chicken pieces out and then add the juice.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is properly cooked through.
