The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/4 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 c. Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Scallions, chopped
- 6 oz. Tomato Paste
- 1 1/2 c. Low Sodium Beef Broth
- 14 oz. Frozen Gnocchi
- 1/2 c. Heavy Cream
- 4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Kosher Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Start by getting out a large skillet and heating up the pan on top of the stove; then add your ground beef. Brown the meat until it's no longer pink; then add your diced tomatoes and scallions.
- Cook 1-2 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften; then add tomato paste, beef broth, and your gnocchi. Cover the skillet with the lid and cook 5-6 minutes until the gnocchi is cooked and no longer frozen.
- Finally, add your heavy cream and cheddar cheese. Mix well until all the cheese has melted; then season with salt and pepper.
