Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 8 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup french dressing
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instruction

  • In a large skillet, brown the pork chops in the oil. Do this in batches if needed.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl until combined. Pour over all the chops in the skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer and allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes until internal temp is 145 degree. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
