  • 1 small red apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Tiny pinch of salt

Instruction

  • If using the oven, preheat to 350 degrees.
  • Place the apple in a microwave-safe, oven-safe ramekin.
  • Combine the flour and brown sugar, and then use a fork to cut in the butter until it’s crumbly. Add oats and cinnamon and then pour it over the apples.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes or microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
