- 1 small red apple, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Tiny pinch of salt
Instruction
- If using the oven, preheat to 350 degrees.
- Place the apple in a microwave-safe, oven-safe ramekin.
- Combine the flour and brown sugar, and then use a fork to cut in the butter until it’s crumbly. Add oats and cinnamon and then pour it over the apples.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
