Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 2 tbsp Oil (I used vegetable oil)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp All Purpose flour
- Salt (a pinch)
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- Whipped cream or Ice cream ( to serve (optional))
Instruction
- In a a small bowl, sift the flour and the cocoa together. You could just whisk them together, but I like to sift the cocoa as they lump up and sifting makes a smooth brownie.
- Add the sugar to the sifted flour mixture.
- In the baking dish (microwavable dish) that we are going to make the brownie, measure the oil and the water. Add the vanilla extract to it and mix.
- Now add the salt and the sifted cocoa/flour mixture and gently mix to combine.
- Add 1 TBSP of chocolate chip and mix. Top with the remaining chocolate chip and microwave it in high for one minute.
- Insert a toothpick to see if it cooked inside and if needed, microwave it for 15 more seconds.
- Serve as is or top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve!
