Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats ((use gluten-free if desired))
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp egg whites
- 2 tbsp Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)
- 2-4 tbsp berries (see notes)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease an oven-safe bowl.
- Combine oats, almond milk, egg whites, and sweetener.
- Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared pan. Top with the fruit.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm to the touch in the center and golden around the edges.
