Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 pkt MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Oriental Flavour
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 400g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp water, extra

Instruction

  • Bring water to the boil in a medium saucepan. Break the noodles into the water with the contents of the flavour sachets. Cook for 2 minutes then drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups liquid, set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, brown the steak, remove and set aside.
  • Add onion and carrots, cook 3 minutes. Add reserved liquid and bring to the boil. Add cabbage, broccoli, Maggi sweet chilli sauce, ginger and garlic, cook 1 minute.
  • Combine cornflour and extra water. Stir into vegetables and bring to the boil.
  • Add noodles and steak, then cook a further 1-2 minutes, stirring. Serve immediately.
