The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 avocado
- 1 small clove garlic (grated)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 grape tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon green onions (minced)
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno pepper (minced)
- 3 cups fresh vegetable sticks
- 20 baked corn tortilla chips,
Instruction
- In a food processor, add avocado, garlic, fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. Process mixture approximately 1 minute, pausing to scrape down sides if and when needed, or until it's smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Top the guacamole with sliced grape tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapeno pepper.
