Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 avocado
  • 1 small clove garlic (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 grape tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno pepper (minced)
  • 3 cups fresh vegetable sticks
  • 20 baked corn tortilla chips,

Instruction

  • In a food processor, add avocado, garlic, fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, and salt. Process mixture approximately 1 minute, pausing to scrape down sides if and when needed, or until it's smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Top the guacamole with sliced grape tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapeno pepper.
