  • salt (kosher)
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup (or sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons white wine, sherry, stock or water
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion or onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 coin of ginger, minced
  • hot sauce or hot chili oil (optional)
