- salt (kosher)
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup (or sugar)
- 2 tablespoons white wine, sherry, stock or water
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green onion or onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 coin of ginger, minced
- hot sauce or hot chili oil (optional)
