Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 pound(s) bag of tri-color slaw
- 1/2 large bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 small onion, diced fine
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- TANGY DRESSING
- 3/4 to 1 cup(s) mayonnaise (i used hellman's)
- 2 tablespoon(s) creamy dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) coarse black pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar, optional (if you like sweet and tangy add the sugar)
Instruction
- Combine slaw, bell pepper, onion and carrot in large bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour dressing over slaw and toss gently. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
