Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 pound(s) bag of tri-color slaw
  • 1/2 large bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced fine
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • TANGY DRESSING
  • 3/4 to 1 cup(s) mayonnaise (i used hellman's)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) creamy dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) coarse black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar, optional (if you like sweet and tangy add the sugar)

Instruction

  • Combine slaw, bell pepper, onion and carrot in large bowl.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour dressing over slaw and toss gently. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
