The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2 pounds uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 5 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Optional: Lemon wedges and minced parsley
Instruction
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add the shrimp, lemon-pepper and garlic powder; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink, 5-8 minutes. Transfer to individual serving dishes. If desired, serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
