Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-1.5 lbs baby red potatoes
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 c diced chives
- Optional:
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
- 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 c celery, diced
- 1 tsp dill
Instruction
- Rinse potatoes and cut into quarters. Boil for 25-30 minutes. Drain and cool. Add potatoes to bowl and stir in ingredients until potatoes are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
