Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1-1.5 lbs baby red potatoes
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 c diced chives
  • Optional:
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/2 c celery, diced
  • 1 tsp dill

Instruction

  • Rinse potatoes and cut into quarters. Boil for 25-30 minutes. Drain and cool. Add potatoes to bowl and stir in ingredients until potatoes are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
