Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 pineapple, (chopped)
  • 1 mango, (chopped)
  • 1 large tomato, (chopped)
  • fresh dill, (chopped)
  • fresh chives, (chopped)
  • 1 avocado, (chopped)
  • 1 lemon, (juiced)
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 pinch salt, (to taste)
  • 1 pinch chili powder, (optional, to taste)

Instruction

  • Thinly chop pineapple, mango, tomato, fresh dill, fresh chives, and 1 avocado.
  • In a small bowl, combine juice from one lemon, 1 Tablespoon orange juice and a pinch of salt. Add chili powder to your taste.
  • Combine dressing with the fruits and veggies and enjoy fresh!
