Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 3 tablespoons light butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- black pepper and salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Make several cuts in spaghetti squash and place on a rimmed baking pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Remove seeds and using a fork scrap out the insides.
- Add butter to a large skillet over medium heat. Add spaghetti squash, black pepper, salt and parsley.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese right before serving.
