Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 handful oat leaf Lettuce
  • 1 handful Frisée
  • 1 handful baby Chard leaf (or spinach)
  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Instruction

  • Wash all the salad leaves, dry carefully and tear the larger leaves into pieces.
  • Arrange the leaves on serving dishes and drizzle with the olive oil.
