The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 175 g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 85 g mini eggs
  • 75 g butter
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 25 mini eggs

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 150C.
  • Grease and line an 18cm cake tin.
