The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 175 g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 150 g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g self-raising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 85 g mini eggs
- 75 g butter
- 150 g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 25 mini eggs
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 150C.
- Grease and line an 18cm cake tin.
