Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ripe mango (removed from the pit and diced)

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (I used about ½ a bunch)
  • 1/2 - 1 jalapeno (, diced (amount depending on your tolerance and the spicy of the pepper))
  • Salt & pepper to taste
