The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ripe mango (removed from the pit and diced)
- ¼ cup red onion, (diced)
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro (I used about ½ a bunch)
- 1/2 - 1 jalapeno (, diced (amount depending on your tolerance and the spicy of the pepper))
- Salt & pepper to taste
