Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 English cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili powder, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add the sliced cucumbers to the mixture and top with green onions.
  • Toss everything gently until well covered.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
