The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 3 ripe Hass avocados
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup diced plum tomatoes (about 3 tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion (chopped, or white onion)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if desired)
Instruction
- Cut avocados in half and scoop pulp into a bowl.
- Mash avocado pulp with a fork and mix in 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
- Add tomatoes, onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Add cayenne pepper, if using.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon lemon juice over the top.
- Gently stir to combine.
