Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 large avocados (ripe)
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion (red or white)
- 3 tablespoons finely diced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
Instruction
- Carefully cut an avocado in half, lengthwise. Twist and pull apart each side. Remove the seed of the avocado and scrape the inside into a mixing bowl. Repeat with the remaining avocados.
- Using a fork, or smasher (affiliate), gently press the fruit until lightly mashed. Try to keep a little bit of texture and avoid over mixing.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve with your favorite chips.
