Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Wash the courgettes, then chop off the ends and spiralize (unpeeled) on the thinnest noodle blade.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slivers.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the garlic and sizzle in the oil until just starting to turn golden around the edges.
  • Add the spiralized courgettes to the pan, then stir fry for 3-5 minutes until they are cooked but still have a little bite.
  • Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve as a side dish with any meal, or under Bolognese or pasta sauce.
