Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon (optional)

Instruction

  • Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, and stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle with cinnamon
