The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cup(s) cooked rice
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon (optional)
Instruction
- Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, and stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle with cinnamon
