Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g beef sausages thin
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 brown onion large sliced
- 40 g KEEN'S Curried Sausages Recipe Base sachet
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbs cream
Instruction
- Place the sausages into a saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Let sausages cool, de-skin and slice into 5cm pieces.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion for 3 minutes. Add in the KEEN’S Curried Sausages Recipe Base and fry for a further 2 minutes. Pour in 1 cup (250ml) of water and add the sausages to the pan.
- Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the peas and cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or mashed potato.
