Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g beef sausages thin
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 brown onion large sliced
  • 40 g KEEN'S Curried Sausages Recipe Base sachet
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbs cream

Instruction

  • Place the sausages into a saucepan of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Let sausages cool, de-skin and slice into 5cm pieces.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion for 3 minutes. Add in the KEEN’S Curried Sausages Recipe Base and fry for a further 2 minutes. Pour in 1 cup (250ml) of water and add the sausages to the pan.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the peas and cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice or mashed potato.
