The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 4 1/2 pound(s) Boston butt pork roast
  • 3/4 cup(s) roughly chopped sweet onion
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt

Instruction

  • Take all the dry ingredients and mix them together. Then rub the mixture evenly over the roast.
  • Place into Crock Pot. Then cover with onions.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours depending on how hot your Crock Pot runs.
  • Remove roast. Using two forks, shred the meat to blend in the onions. At this time taste to see if you need to adjust seasonings.
