Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 5 pounds red potatoes (cleaned and sliced)
- olive oil
- 6-8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- fried bacon (chopped (optional))
- chives (chopped (optional))
- caramelized onions (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Layer potatoes in a large baking dish.
- Pour olive oil over potatoes.
- Bake until potatoes are fork tender, about 30 minutes.
- Spoon sour cream on top of potatoes and spread.
- Add any optional items you prefer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sour cream and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted, about 15 more minutes.
