Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red or green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt or to taste
  • Pinch black pepper

Instruction

  • Toss the chickpeas, red onion, bell pepper, and parsley in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt.
  • Add additional salt to taste, if needed.
