Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 2 (5 oz.) cans or pouches pink salmon, drained (if using cans)
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup lemon juice, or more to taste
- 1 tsp. salt, or more to taste
- ¼ tsp. hot sauce, such as Tabasco, or more to taste
- 4 green onions, roughly chopped, plus 1 green onion, sliced, for garnish
Instruction
- Put the salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, hot sauce, and chopped scallions in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add more lemon juice, salt, and hot sauce to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the sliced scallions.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to about a day (ideally return it to room temperature before serving).
