Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Whole Salmon filets
  • 1/2 Whole Lemon (sliced)
  • 1/4 Whole Red onion (sliced)
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 Tsp Safflower oil
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Instruction

  • Begin by melting the butter with the oil on medium high heat in a skillet. Once the butter is melted add the lemons and red onions. Cook until a nice char is achieved on the lemon and red onion. Now spice the salmon and place on a baking tray. Top the spiced salmon with the red onions and lemon and drizzle some of the butter on top. Place in a 325 degree oven and bake for 10 - 12 minutes.Let rest for 1 - 2 minutes. Serve over my creamy beans and kale.Enjoy!
