Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 cups Idaho potatoes (washed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to coat the potatoes in all seasonings and oil. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remove and stir the potatoes. Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes more or until lightly browned.
