Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 pounds shrimp (peeled with tails on)
  • 1/2 cup Canola oil
  • 5 tablespoons blackening spice

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place shrimp into a large bowl. Add oil and blackening spices. Pour onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm on top of a salad or with a side of your favorite vegetables.
