Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 450 g radish (stems trimmed and cut into quarters)
- 1 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp black ground pepper (or to taste)
- 2 large garlic cloves (minced)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425℉.
- Wash the radishes, trim the ends and cut each one in half. Place in a medium bowl.
- Add melted butter, dried thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to spread the spices over the radishes.
- Spread in a single layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with more salt to taste. If needed
