Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 450 g radish (stems trimmed and cut into quarters)
  • 1 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black ground pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 large garlic cloves (minced)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉. 
  • Wash the radishes, trim the ends and cut each one in half. Place in a medium bowl.
  • Add melted butter, dried thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to spread the spices over the radishes.
  • Spread in a single layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Roast for about 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with more salt to taste. If needed
