- 1 can (20 oz. crushed pineapple in its own juice)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup 226g unsalted butter, softened
- 5 cups 570g confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sky blue gel food color
- Milk or heavy cream (optional)
- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles (jimmies)
