Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 package(s) active dry yeast
  • 3 cup(s) bread flour
  • 3-4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt

Instruction

  • Add water, sugar and yeast to a stand mixer. Let yeast bloom.
  • Add flour to bowl and add salt and olive oil on top of flour.
  • Mix and knead until dough is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap in a greased bowl until doubled.
  • Then shape into pizza, Stromboli, Calzone, Garlic Knots or even Zeppolis I double this recipe to make a Sicilian Pizza
  • Bake pizza at 550 or as high as your oven will go
