- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound raw shrimp (large, cleaned and deveined)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (or parsley, finely chopped for serving)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley
- 2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)
Instruction
- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika for the marinade.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 5 to 6 shrimp per skewer. Place on a plate. Pour marinade over shrimp skewers.
