The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound raw shrimp (large, cleaned and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (or parsley, finely chopped for serving)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)

Instruction

  • Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika for the marinade.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 5 to 6 shrimp per skewer. Place on a plate. Pour marinade over shrimp skewers.
