The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 12 oz frozen shrimp scampi
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 3 tbsp fresh basil (torn)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Fill a large stockpot halfway with water, heat to boiling, and add frozen tortellini. Cook for 4 minutes or until tortellini are floating.
- Meanwhile, place frozen shrimp scampi in a deep skillet preheated on medium high. Add cherry tomatoes and basil.
- Saute, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes.
- When tortellini is done, add it to the shrimp skillet, turning to coat pasta with sauce evenly.
- Serve immediately topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
