  • 1/2 Tbsp Tuscan herb seasoning (** see notes)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp mayo
  • Salt
  • Saved juice from straining veggie mixture (to add to sauce)
  • 3 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced chives
  • 2 tsp Tuscan seasoning
