Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ pound andouille sausage
- 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
- 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 packet GrillMates Zesty Herb Marinade
- 2 tablespoons water
- juice of ½ lemon
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Instruction
- In a large bowl combine oil, marinade, water, and lemon juice and stir to combine. Add sausage, shrimp, and veggies to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Divide shrimp and sausage mixture between four pieces of 12x12 inch foil. Warp tightly, pinching edges to seal packet.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes on each side until veggies are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice if desired and serve.
