Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ pound andouille sausage
  • 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 packet GrillMates Zesty Herb Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Instruction

  • In a large bowl combine oil, marinade, water, and lemon juice and stir to combine. Add sausage, shrimp, and veggies to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Divide shrimp and sausage mixture between four pieces of 12x12 inch foil. Warp tightly, pinching edges to seal packet. 
  • Grill over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes on each side until veggies are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley and fresh lemon juice if desired and serve.
