Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup Creole (such as Zatarain’s) or whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley, plus additional for garnish
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced green onion
- 2 tsp minced celery
- 1½ tsp horseradish
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1½ lbs shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Instruction
- Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Divide lettuce among six salad plates. Top with shrimp. Garnish with egg and parsley.
