Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup Creole (such as Zatarain’s) or whole-grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley, plus additional for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp minced green onion
  • 2 tsp minced celery
  • 1½ tsp horseradish
  • 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tsp olive oil
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1½ lbs shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Instruction

  • Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Divide lettuce among six salad plates. Top with shrimp. Garnish with egg and parsley.
