Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 3 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 1 - red chili, chopped
- 1 - red pepper, diced
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoon(s) patis (fish sauce) or soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) brown sugar, packed
- 4 cup(s) cooked rice
- 1 cup(s) pineapples, diced
- 1 cup(s) raw shrimp, cleaned, deveined and peeled
- 1/2 cup(s) peas, fresh or frozen
- 2 - stalks green onion
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro or flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Instruction
- Heat the oil and the butter in a large skillet.
- Add the garlic, red chili, red pepper, stir-fry till fragrant.
- Add the patis or soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar, stir-fry till incorporated.
- Add the cooked rice and break up any large clumps and mix till just incorporated.
- Make a well in the middle and pour in the slightly beaten eggs and incorporate it.
- Add the pineapple chunks, shrimp and peas and stir-fry for a minute.
- Remove from heat and place on a serving platter and garnish with green onions and cilantro or parsley.
