Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound pizza dough
- .25 cup pesto sauce ((plus 2 tablespoons))
- 0.5 pound raw shrimp ((cleaned and deveined))
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 sundried tomatoes, sliced ((packed in oil))
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese ((to garnish))
Instruction
- Place baking stone {if using} into cold oven. Preheat oven to 500 degrees for one hour.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with 2 tablespoons of pesto. Set aside.
- On a well floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Place dough circle on a parchment paper lined pizza peel or backside of a baking sheet.
- Spread .25 cup of pesto sauce over the top of the pizza dough.
- Place the shrimp on top of the pesto in a single layer.
- Sprinkle on the mozzarella and goat cheeses, and finally the tomato slices.
- Slide pizza onto the hot baking stone and bake for 10 to 14 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Remove from oven, slice and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
