- 4 shitake mushrooms ((diced))
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shao Hsing cooking wine
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion ((finely sliced))
- ¾ cup wheat starch ((3.5 oz/ 100g))
- ¼ cup tapioca starch ((1 oz/30g))
- ¾ cup water ((180ml))
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
