  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) coriander seeds, crushed
  • Salt
  • 1 cup (250 ml) mango chunks (about 1 mango)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) horseradish, or to taste
  • Grated zest of 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper
