- 1 1/2 lbs large raw shrimp (shells and tail removed, cleaned)
- 9 limes (1 cup + 1 tablespoon juice)
- 1/2 small white onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 small red onion (finely diced)
- 2 jalapenos (seeded and diced (or Serrano for more heat))
- 2 Roma plum tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 2 avocados (seeded and diced)
- Torilla chips
