The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 pound medium shrimp (with shells and heads intact)

  • 6 cups cold water

  • 2 pounds very red vine-ripened medium tomatoes (cored and coarsely chopped)
  • Juice of 4 large oranges (about 1 1/4 cups)
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 4 ounces (about 1 cup) lightly roasted, unsalted, shelled peanuts
  • Dijon or yellow mustard
  • Chopped cilantro leaves
  • Coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
