Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 2 cob corn (cut into pieces)
  • ½ lb potatoes (cut into small chunks)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, and mix well to incorporate.
  • Take two large sheets of foil, and divide the ingredients equally between to the two.
  • Fold the sheets up to seal the contents. **If the foil is thin, then wrap the content with another sheet of foil
  • Grill for 18 – 20 minutes flipping the packets once through the cooking time. Be very careful upon opening as there is a lot of steam!
