The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) grits quick cooking
  • 1 cup(s) grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 stick(s) butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 pound(s) cleaned cooked medium shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 clove(s) crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh

Instruction

  • Cook grits as per directions; add cheese.
  • Reduce heat to warm while preparing shrimp.
  • Melt butter. Saute garlic and onions until softened.
  • Add shrimp.
  • Toss in parsley and lemon juice.
  • Place grits on warmed plates and top with shrimp. Enjoy!
