The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 cup(s) grits quick cooking
- 1 cup(s) grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 stick(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
- 1 pound(s) cleaned cooked medium shrimp
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
- 2 clove(s) crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh
Instruction
- Cook grits as per directions; add cheese.
- Reduce heat to warm while preparing shrimp.
- Melt butter. Saute garlic and onions until softened.
- Add shrimp.
- Toss in parsley and lemon juice.
- Place grits on warmed plates and top with shrimp. Enjoy!
