Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces Crock Pot Shredded Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning (or 1 taco seasoning packet)
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 Avocados (sliced)
  • 2 cup Pico de Gallo (you can substitute fresh sliced tomatoes)
  • 1 cup Queso Blanco (crumbled)
  • 8 cups Lettuce

Instruction

  • Place shredded chicken in a skillet and add taco seasoning and water. Stir together and cook until water is gone.
  • Add seasoned chicken, avocados, pico de gallo, and queso blanco to a bowl of lettuce.
