Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ounces Crock Pot Shredded Chicken
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning (or 1 taco seasoning packet)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Avocados (sliced)
- 2 cup Pico de Gallo (you can substitute fresh sliced tomatoes)
- 1 cup Queso Blanco (crumbled)
- 8 cups Lettuce
Instruction
- Place shredded chicken in a skillet and add taco seasoning and water. Stir together and cook until water is gone.
- Add seasoned chicken, avocados, pico de gallo, and queso blanco to a bowl of lettuce.
